Bij Huisartsenpraktijk de Vecht werken verschillende zorgverleners samen om je de beste zorg te bieden. Onze assistentes en SOH-medewerkers zijn vaak je eerste aanspreekpunt en kunnen veel meer dan je misschien denkt. Voor psychische klachten kun je terecht bij onze POH-GGZ, terwijl chronische aandoeningen worden begeleid door onze POH- Somatiek.
