Dit systeem biedt inzage in behandelgegevens, mogelijkheid tot het stellen van vragen en het downloaden van belangrijke documenten. Je krijgt na registratie en verificatie van je identiteit toegang tot het portaal, die veilig je medische privacy bewaakt.<\/p>\n

Nieuwe pati\u00ebnten kunnen zich aanmelden via ons online inschrijfformulier. Het registratieproces vereist verificatie van je identiteitsgegevens en verzekeringsgegevens. Na goedkeuring van je aanmelding ontvang je een bevestiging en instructies voor het maken van je eerste afspraak. <\/p>\n
