LIV Self-care
LIV Self-Care is an e-health programme that allows you to treat mental or physical complaints at home. You choose a theme that suits your situation and work at your own pace with exercises and information.
LIV Self-care
With LIV Self-Care, you can get started on your own before receiving help from our practice support staff. Simply register online and choose a theme that matches your symptoms. The programme offers exercises, videos and questionnaires to help you better cope with your situation. Everything you fill in remains private and is not shared with our mental health or somatic practice support staff. The practice support staff will only receive a notification that you have registered, but will not be able to see what you are doing. You set your own pace and can stop or continue at any time.
How does LIV Self-Care work?

The programme offers practical exercises, informative videos and questionnaires to help you. Your privacy is guaranteed and only you can see what you enter and do.
