Filing a complaint
At Huisartsenpraktijk de Vecht, we think it is important to learn from your experiences. Do you have a complaint or suggestion? Discuss it first with our practice staff or the assistant. Can't work it out together? Then you can make use of the SKGE Foundation's official complaints procedure.

Your satisfaction with our healthcare services is key and we actively use feedback to improve our service. For comments, suggestions or complaints, please fill in a form with our assistant or via the form below. For formal complaints that cannot be resolved internally, our practice is affiliated with the Foundation for Complaints and Disputes Primary Care (SKGE). This independent body handles complaints according to established procedures and ensures due process.
